The internet service shall be composed of a dedicated Internet Service Connection at the Complex 30 Blockhouse for the following services: 1). Internet service at 5G data rates verified at the ports on both Ethernet switches. 2). Two 49-port Ethernet switches mounted in a standard wall-mounted cabinet inside the building (there is already an available conduit to pass a coax from an externally mounted antenna adjacent to the network cabinet. 3). 1000VA APC Smart UPS (tabletop style, not rack mount. 4). Adequate TCP/IP addresses pool to support up to 100 devices. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors.
