This is a notice of intent to sole source. The North American Industry Classification System code is 811219 . The purpose of this procurement is to purchase a Maintenance Agreement for Two (2) ABI 7500 Fast DX and . Five (5) Quant Studio DX. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responses received within three (3) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
