This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Offers due no later than (NLT) 09/02/2022 1700 CT Site Visit Pre-Quote Site Visit 08/31/2022 at 10:00 am CT to 12:00 pm CT Meet at Building #1 15 minutes prior to the start of the Site Visit. COVID Verification form to be available upon request prior to Site Visit. Be prepared to wear masks. This requirement is a performance-based service requirement. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, materials, equipment, supplies and incidentals (except Government furnished property) necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed for the Forest Products Laboratory, Madison Wisconsin. In accordance with the specifications contained in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Period of Performance: 09/01/2022 to 08/31/2027
