Short-Run Imaging in Black or Full Color

These specifications cover the production of course material consisting of single sheet forms and books/pamphlets requiring such operations as copy pick-up, pre-production samples, reproducibles, imaging in black and full color, binding, packing, and delivery. The term of this contract is for 1 year (base year period of July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013) and 4 option year periods (July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014; July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015; July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016; and July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017). Anticipate 950 orders, up to 50 items per order (usually 2 to 10 items per order). Approximately 2 to 2,000 pages per order. It is anticipated that the quantities will be between 1 and 3,000 copies. Schedule is same day, up to 20 work days. Deliver f.o.b. destination to Columbus, Ohio and f.o.b. contractor's city to all other locations.
