Multiple award contract for the period Date of Award to January 31, 2010, for the Department of Labor. Production area assumed 50-mile radius Washington, DC. Anticipate approximately 5 to 10 orders per month, for approximately 5 to 1,000 copies per order, with approximately 5 to 50,000 pages per order. Various trim sizes up to 24 x 36". Black only or color copying. Operations include inspection and preparation of copy; outputting from electronic media; electronic discovery; reproduction of paper documents with Document and Bates Numbering; digitizing video tapes; duplication of CD-ROMs, DVDs, and video tapes; digitization of documents to CD-ROM; binding; packing; and distribution.
