HHGV Portapotty Rental

Amendment 001: Provide lat/long for exact locations; extend due date. Port-a-potty rentals for Flathead National Forest, Hungry Horse-Glacier View Ranger Districts. Contractor shall furnish all labor, supplies, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary for standard portable toilet placement, regular service, and pick up locations: Blankenship Bridge Dispersed Camping Area, West Glacier River Access Site, Abbot Bay Boar Launch, Essex River Access Site, (optional item) Flossy Bay Dispersed Camping Area. Portable toilets shall be delivered as specified by dates and quantities listed below. Contractor shall service each unit weekly except for Essex, which will be serviced bi-weekly. Portable toilets will be removed from the site after the date listed below, but no later than 1 week past the specified date. Specific placement location shall be coordinated with the Contracting Officer’s Representative, COR. The Contractor shall be responsible for all transportation costs, materials and supplies required for portable toilet deliver, service and pickup.
