RECOVERY (ARRA) TAS 14-69X00504.20; PROJECT NO. S4T415 This Notice is Provided for Informational Purposes Only. The Bureau of Indian Affairs has identified the need for Construction Management and Oversight of twelve (12) American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Construction Projects on Eleven (11) Reservations in five (5) states under P.L. 93-638 contracts with the Bureau of Indian Affairs. In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Re-Investment Act of 2009, Pub. L. 111-5, the Government posts this presolicitation notice of intent to issue a task order under an established ID/IQ Contract with WHPacific, Inc. Project Scope: This Task Order will be issued pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Contract Number CMB00070019 and any modification thereto. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment and any incidentals necessary to provide construction management and oversight.
