VA Medical Center, Louisville KY has a need for A/E services to Design Electrical Deficiencies Corrections, Project 603-08-107ES. Project will replace and/or upgrade critical electrical system components at the VAMC, 800 Zorn Avenue, Louisville, KY. Design will include all necessary site work, building modifications, spaces for added equipment, and related structural, architectural, plumbing, HVAC, and other work. Design and phasing to provide for a minimum of downtime. The estimated construction range is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. This requirement is issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program under FAR 19.1007((b) (1) therefore it is issued as full and open competition. All interested firms are to submit two (2) recently completed Standard Form (SF) 330, A/E Qualifications, in accordance with Numbered Note 24 to the Contracting Officer identified herein.
