Notice of Intent to Sole Source

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, hereby gives notice of their intent to award a contract to Gartner, Inc., 56 Top Gallant Road, Stamford, CT 06902, on a sole source basis utilizing FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition, procedures in accordance with 41 USC 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This requirement is for the renewal of the Corporate Leadership Council Classic Membership for Human Resource professionals. The period of performance is June 1, 2020 to May 31, 2021 This is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider responses from all responsible sources received within five days after date of publication of this notice. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly be able to provide the services outlined in this notice. Any responses received will only be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in lieu of the sole source described in this notice, and such determination shall be made at the sole discretion of the OCC.
