Business Application Products, Licenses and Software Assurance BPA

The Department of Treasury intends to solicit a single Department-wide Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) under a General Service Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) for business application software, licenses and software assurance. The method of competition is unrestricted. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be solicited under GSA Information Technology, Multiple Award Schedule 70, Special Item Numbers (SIN) 511210. The North American Industry Classification Code System (NAICS) code is 511210, Software Licenses. The small business size standard is $41.5 million. This solicitation will be competed under a brand-name or equal basis. This is a draft solicitation and vendors are invited to submit questions through Attachment 6 2032H5-23-Q-00070 Solicitation Questions Sheet by July 21, 2023 at 4:30 pm ET as instructed in the draft solicitation.
