NAICS Code: 924 The United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region 9, 75 Hawthorne Street, San Francisco, CA 94105 intends to award a sole source purchase order under FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures, estimated value of award below $100,000) to Placer CountyEnvironmental Health, Department of Health and Human Services, 3091 County CenterDrive, Auburn, CA 95603. This order is for purchase of services to compile a list of commercial, private and government sites throughout the Placer County DHHS Env. Health Division jurisdiction. The contractor, based on existing records and/or new inspections, shall document the manner in which storm water, wastewater and other fluids are managed at the site. The contractor shall document, in particular, whether or not they infiltrate below ground surface through devices subject to the Underground Injection Control regulations, and summarize their findings to the EPA Project Officer.
