F--F - Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Purchase Order for Natural Resources and Conservation Services

NAICS Code: 221310 The United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region 9, 75 Hawthorne Street, San Francisco, CA 94105 intends to award a sole source purchase order under FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures, estimated value of award below $100,000) to the Alameda CountyWater District, of Fremont, CA. This order is for purchase of services to compile a list of commercial, private and government sites throughout the Alameda County Water District jurisdiction. The contractor, based on existing records and/or new inspections, shall document the manner in which storm water, wastewater and other fluids are managed at the site. The contractor shall document, in particular, whether or not they infiltrate below ground surface through devices subject to Underground Injection Control regulations, and summarize their findings to the EPA Project Officer.
