THIS SOLICITATION IS SET ASIDE FOR TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS. The work included in the attached solicitation documents will be performed at the U.S. Post Office/ U.S. Courthouse, 600 W. Capitol Ave, Little Rock, AR, U.S. Post Office/ U.S. Courthouse, 617 Walnut St. Helena, AR and the Federal Building/.U.S. Post Office/Courthouse, 108 E. 8 th Ave, Pine Bluff, AR. The work consists of the installation of electrical and communications connections as outlined in the attached documents. The estimated cost range for all work is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. This procurement is Set Aside to Total Small Business Concerns. Work to be performed under the contemplated contract will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238210. All offerors are advised that this project may be revised or canceled at any time during the synopsis, solicitation, selection, evaluation, negotiation, and final award. This is a negotiated procurement; there will not be a public bid opening. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation, support documents and monitoring the website for amendments, if any, to the solicitation.
