T -- Base Newspaper

Synopsis to supply Base NewspaperWork consists of providing all labor, supplies, material, supervision, transportation, equipment, and all else necessary to print and supply weekly newspaper for Dyess AFB installation. The applicable NAICS for this acquisition is 511110 with a 500-employee limit. The successful contractor will be selected using the most technically acceptable. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued electronically on 23 Aug 04 on the government’s Electronic Posting System (EPS) at www.eps.gov. Paper copies are not available. You must register on that site in order to receive notification of changes to the solicitation. Requests for solicitations by telephone and e-mail will not be honored. NOTE: Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number from Dunn & Bradstreet. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award.
