The Naval Air Warfare Center AD intends to negotiate and award a SOLE-SOURCE SAP purchase order with Career Communications Group, Inc., 729 E. Pratt Street, 5th Floor, Baltimore, MD 21202 to provide a Corporate Partner Sponsorship Package to enable Naval Recruitment and Other Professional Naval and Civilian Personnel to participate in the 2006 Black Engineer of the Year Award Conference scheduled for 16-18 February 2006 in Baltimore, MD. This event will provide the Navy with career recruitment capabilties and industry and educational partnering with numerous high level engineering and education consortiums.
