The Department of Defense Education Activity’s (DoDEA) Education Division intends to award on a sole source basis, using simplified acquisition procedures, a contract to the AVID Center, 5120 Shoreham Place, Suite 120, San Diego, CA 92122, for "follow-on" annual training and reporting, certification and accreditation services for approximately 76 DoDEA schools stateside and overseas. No other services will meet the government's requirement. Offerors who believe they can meet this requirement for AVID certified and accreditation services are invited to submit a proposal with information demonstrating their ability to meet this requirement.
