RFQ 0002-03 will be issued approximately 12/31/02 for the purpose of finding a contractor to provide college courses to inmates housed at FCI Sandstone, in accordance with the Statement of Work issued with the quote. Request must be in writing to: Federal Correctional Institution, PO Box 999, Sandstone, MN 55072 ATTN: Contracting. This is a small business setaside.
