U -- Two Instructors of an Accredited organization or Agency to deliver educational sessions in General Education Development GED in Spanish and English-as-a Second Language ESL.

Two qualified instructors shall provide on a non-discriminatory basis educational sessions in the area of Adult Basic Education, English as-a-Second Language, General Education Development(Spanish), and Adult Continuing Education, to inmate students. The Contractor will provide two(2) instructors to include one fluent in reading, writing, and teaching GED un Spanish and one(1) instructor to teach English as-a-Second Language. The contractor must be an accredited orangization or agency. The instructors must be qualified teachers with, minimun of,a Bachelors Degree in Education Discipline and teacher certificate in any education subject. Proof of certification will be required.
