(ABOA): 9,877 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 50 *Parking Spaces (Surface): 42 **Parking Spaces (Structured/Secured): 8 Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Offered space must be contiguous on one or more floors Offered space must be located above the second floor and cannot be located on the top floor of a building. Offered space cannot be located in close proximity to foreign government offices. Offered space shall not be located in window space that is adjacent to outside fire escapes, ledges, balconies, public parking, mezzanines, or directly above the loading dock area. Offered space must allow for 24-hour unrestricted access to both the office and parking. *Surface Parking: Of the forty-two (42) surface spaces, seventeen (17) spaces are required to be on-site or adjacent to the building. Twenty-five (25) spaces are required to be on-site, adjacent, or within a walkable 660 feet of the building. **Structured/Secured Parking: Eight (8) spaces are required on-site or adjacent to the building to accommodate six (6) oversized automobiles weighing approximately 10,500 lbs. each.
