If space is located on the top floor of the building, there cannot be rooftop access through the space. Space must be within a walkable ¼ mile of public transportation. Space cannot be located within “line of sight” of: childcare facilities; schools; other facilities for children: or “sin” businesses (such as liquor stores; victim support groups; pawn shops, cannabis stores; adult entertainment shops; playgrounds, etc). 13 reserved parking spaces are required.
