USAID/South Sudan External Repairs and External Repainting of 30 Prefabricated Townhouses

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID/Juba) intends to issue a solicitation for USAID/South Sudan External Repairs and External Repainting of 30 Prefabricated Townhouses, with Juba, South Sudan, as a place of performance. The overall goal is to implement and achieve the six (6) CLINs mentioned below, detailed in the draft statement of work. CLIN 1: Initial mobilization; CLIN 2: Gutters and downpipes; CLIN 3: Repaint external surfaces of 1-bedroom (2 levels) townhouses (24 townhouses); CLIN 4: Repaint external surfaces of 2-bedroom (2 levels) townhouses (6 townhouses); CLIN 5: Repair & repaint terraces: (i) Ground floor terrace & stairs and (ii) Upper floor terrace & stairway; CLIN 6: Maintenance period for the work. The information in this pre-solicitation notice is released to the public for informational purposes only and is subject to change. Therefore, USAID is not seeking responses or feedback for this pre-solicitation notice and will not answer any questions. Prospective Offerors are advised that this procurement is subject to internal USAID approvals and the availability of funds. Interested parties are advised that this is not a solicitation, and it in no way obligates USAID to issue a solicitation or award a contract. This is a new requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code contemplated for this action is 23611. This notice satisfies the synopsis requirement in FAR 5.2. If a solicitation is issued, all necessary information will be provided when it is posted at sam.gov. Questions/requests for information will not be responded to until the solicitation is issued.
