Refer to the attachment for the link for the Statement of Work Prices should be TAX exempt Payment within 3-4 weeks upon completion Offerors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting their offer/proposal, as prescribed under FAR 4.1102 for offers over $30,000. Failure to be registered at the time of proposal submission may result in the proposal being deemed non-responsible and not considered further. Therefore, offerors are strongly encouraged to register immediately if they wish to submit a response to this requirement. Please be advised that all interested parties are required to include a completed NDAA Vendor Certification Form regarding telecommunications equipment and service prohibitions. Quotations are due by September 13, 2024, at 17:00 hrs (Colombo Time). No quotations will be accepted after this time, and incomplete proposals will not be considered. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. We anticipate awarding a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions. However, we may engage in discussions with companies in the competitive range if necessary.
