E--Purchase of two (2) double-wide trailers for Camp Lejeune, Jacksonville, North Carolina

This is not a request for either a quote or proposal. The intent of this pre-solicitation synopsis is to identify potential offerors for the following upcoming requirement: purchase of two (2) double-wide trailers for Camp Lejeune in Jacksonville, NC. Trailer "A" shall be a 24' x 60' administration trailer with ten (10) office spaces and a unisex restroom. Trailer "A" should be wired and equipped with a 200-AMP, 12 circuit panel with main breaker. For telecommunications to trailer "A", the Contractor shall install one 4-inch PVC conduit from the existing communication trailer, stubbed up 12" in an unobstructed area approximately 12-18 inches within trailer "A's" outer edge. Conduit shall terminate 3" below the weather barrier under the trailer. All turns in the conduit will be large sweeps; no condo lets or 90 degree turns are allowed. If there are more than two 90 degree sweeps or a total of more than 180 degrees of change, then a weather-proof pull box is required. Trailer "B" shall be a 24' x 60' shower trailer with two areas separated by a solid wall. One area is to be a minimum of 300 SF; the other a minimum of 900 SF. The 300 SF area should be equipped with three (3) shower stalls, three (3) toilet stalls, and three (3) sinks. The 900 SF area should be equipped with ten (10) shower stalls, four (4) toilet stalls, three (3) urinals, and four (4) sinks. Trailer "B" should be wired and equipped with a 600-AMP, 12 circuit panel with main breaker. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 453930 the annual size standard is $13 million.
