The Great Plains Area Indian Health Service is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify Indian Economic Enterprises as defined in 25 U.S.C. § 47 having an interest in and the resources to support a requirement for: Areawide Service, Support, and Maintenance Services for Konica-Minolta CS-7 Imaging System. Refer to attached Statement of Work for required services. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811219 Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance and the Classification Code assigned is J065 Maintenance, Repair and Rebuilding of Equipment: Medical, Dental, and Veterinary Equipment and Supplies . THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This is a request for capability information and does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The Federal Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization; 2) Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability, and 3) Past Performance Information using the attached Past Performance Questionnaire.
