The Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA)-Fort Lee, VA is issuing this sources sought as part of market research in accordance with FAR Part 10 to identify vendors capable of providing the following: forecasts and market analysis of several key aerospace and defense industries that include Aircraft, Missiles (incuding PGMs), Defense Electronics, and Space. This requirement is for quaterly distrubution of four (4) briefing reports on CD-ROMs. Contractor shall be resonsible for providing its forecasts and analysis on individual systems and markets within each broad market forecast. A forecast report on a system or industry is updated annually. Each CD shall be delivered on a quarterly basis with the latest updates. It shall consist of line-ups of senior analysts that are some of the top experts in their respective industries. This information will be used in developing accurate contractor and sector forecasts and assessing the impact of changing requirements on the industrial base. The reports shall provide the forecasts for major weapon systems for both the US and the World at large going out tem (10) years. In addition, internationally recognized aerospace product forecasts shall be included as well. Forecasts shall be provided for shipbuilding, combat vehicles, ammo, and weapon sectors, to include providing reports of major defensse contractors around the world and US Defense Budget trends.
