The purpose of this notice is to identify interested and capable sources and provide a Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for Industry's review and comment. The Government is seeking input and comments on the draft PWS. While not restricting comments in any way, the Government is especially interested in receiving comments in the areas listed below: " The PWS: Carefully read the PWS and comment on any aspect. " Licensing: Is perpetual unlimited licenses for unlimited number of users reasonable*? If not, what would be your best value or cost-effective approach to providing enterprise licensing? " Virtualized Centralized Information Technology (IT) Approach: Is the virtualized centralized IT approach identified in the PWS reasonable? If not, what would you suggest and why? " Training: Is the training approach identified in the PWS reasonable? If not, what would you suggest and why? " CLIN Structure: Please provide a sample Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) pricing structure. *Reasonable: Conforms to industry standards and best practice.
