Notice of Intent to Sole Source: Axon’s Justice Premier – Digital Evidence Solution

The Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA), intends to solicit and award a firm fixed price (FFP) contract with Axon Enterprises, Incorporated, 17800 N 85th Street, Scottsdale, AZ 85255, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The EOUSA anticipates award of a contract, on a sole source basis, to Axon Enterprises, Inc. to obtain software, storage, access, and sharing of digital evidence obtained from a variety of law enforcement equipment including Body Worn Cameras (BWCs), dash cameras, pole cameras, and other recording device sources. Axon Enterprises, Incorporated will provide individual licenses to the United States Attorney Office personnel to access recordings in the secured proprietary SaaS cloud hosting environment called Evidence.com (“the Platform”). The estimated period of performance is a base year and four one-year option periods. (see attached Sole Source Justification and Approval). This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. A Request for Quote will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this solicitation is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within fourteen(14) days after the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government.
