NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. In accordance with the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Golden West Telecommunications for telecommunication services. The BIA, Pine Ridge Agency in Pine Ridge, SD has a need for telecommunication services. The period of performance will be 12 months, beginning the day after the award date. The total estimated dollar value is $30,000.00. No solicitation is available, and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 517311.
