ICE/ERO/Buffalo Field Office requires Wireless Internet (WiFi ) service with bandwidth at 500 MBPS (minimum) and basic cable television service for 24 televisions in its Buffalo, NY Field Office and 10 televisions at its sub-office in Albany (Malta), NY. Internet and cable television services delivered via satellite are not feasible, as the building owners (from whom ICE leases its offices) will not permit satellite dish(es) to be mounted on the building rooftop or on any other location on the building.
