Change Order to PO# 75N91021P00389 for Maintenance Service of Gatan Imaging Filter (GIF) BioQuantum and its Associated Instrumentation

PLEASE SEE ATTACHED PDF The Laboratory of Cell Biology (LCB) within the Center for Cancer Research (CCR) at the National Cancer Institute (NCI) of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) requires preventative maintenance and emergency services for one (1) government-owned Gatan K3 digital camera, one (1) government-owned Gatan K2 digital camera, and one (1) government-owned BioQuantum Gatan Imaging Filter (GIF). The Office of Acquisitions (OA) plans to procure, on a sole source basis, additional services from Gatan, Inc. (5794 W. Las Positas Blvd. Pleasanton, CA 94588). The response close date of this notice is in accordance with FAR 5.203(a)(1). This modification will be processed under FAR Part 43.2 – Change Orders and will be made pursuant to the authority in FAR 52.243-1 Changes-Fixed Price; Alternate I (APR 1984).
