SPECIAL NOTICE The Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System proposes to negotiate a non-competitive award with MIM Software Inc. for the purchase of Nuclear Medicine Image Software Add-Ons - which are proprietary to MIM Software Inc. The licenses for these add-ons must be obtained through this company as they are specific, additional software licenses that serve to enhance the basic software package currently provided by MIM Software, Inc. to this medical center. This award is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations: Responsible sources may identify their interest by submitting capability information by August 03, 2018 at 2:00 p.m., CST in order to establish the ability of the source to meet this requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs associated with the preparation of responses to this notification.
