Notice of Intent to Sole Source The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis to CLC Compliance Technologies, Inc. 2010 Corporate Ridge, Suite 540, McLean, Virginia 22102-7853 (USA), under the authority 41 U.S.C. 253(c) (1), as set forth in FAR 6.302-1. The support services shall include services to satisfy the overall operational objectives of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The primary objective is to provide an online subscription service to Lending Patterns for data related to mortgage lending as it relates to the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and Fair Housing practices. The objectives of subscribing to a lending data analysis system are to provide a tool that can: (1) analyze loan data for potential disparities based upon classes protected under the Federal Fair Housing Act; (2) map loan data to identify lending patterns and show evidence of redlining; and (3) provide an analyzed database of Home Mortgage Disclosure Act data. The period of Performance is a 12-month base period with Four (4) 12-month options. The NAICS Code is 511210 - Software Publishers, the Size Standard is $41.5 Million. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. However, any firm that believes it can meet these requirements may submit a written response via email to Diane Toledo-Gaskins at the email address below by 12:00 PM Eastern Standard time, August 5, 2022. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Information received will be considered; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, HUD will proceed with the sole source award to CLC Compliance Technologies, Inc. The anticipated award date of this requirement is on or around August 25, 2022.
