The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, Procurement Management Office, Contracting Operations Division intends to issue on a sole source basis with Moody’s Analytics, 7 WTC, New York, NY 10007 for an annual subscription to their credit rating databases, Moody’s RiskCalc and Corporate Research. The subscription required can only be provided by Moody’s Analytics because it is proprietary to the vendor and not other vendor may provide this subscription. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 511210. The resulting contract will be for a base year and four (4) twelve-month options, with a period of performance from September 24, 2022, through September 23, 2027. The Government intends to solicit and award with one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Any other interested organizations must submit a written statement of their capabilities and qualifications to fulfill this requirement to the identified point of contact as soon as possible, but no later than 12:00 pm (EST) on August 29, 2022.
