Subject to final approval, The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Housing and Urban Development Office of the Inspector General (HUD OIG) in Washington, DC, intends to negotiate a sole source procurement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, to Source Media, Inc., One State Street Plaza, 25th Floor; New York, NY 10004-2109 for American Banker subscriptions. The Bureau of Fiscal Service will consider all affirmative responses receied no later than Friday, September 4, 2015 at 12:00 PM ET. Affirmative responses shall be accompanied by sufficient documentation to clearly show how it would be advantageous to the Government to switch providers for this requirement. A request for information will not be considered an affirmative response. If no affirmative response is received that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all the requirements and that is more advantageous to the Government, we intend to negotiate a sole source award to Source Media, Inc. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The intended period of performance for this requirement is September 8, 2015 through September 7, 2016.
