THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source award in accordance with the Authority at FAR 6.302-1(a) (2), when the supplies or service required by the Agency are available from only one responsible source, from only one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Department of Interior/National Park Service, Mount Rainier National Park has a requirement for maintenance of a subleased communications tower. The Government intends to award under the Application of 6.302-1(b)(1)(i), Application, When there is a reasonable basis to conclude that the agency's minimum needs can only be satisfied by-Unique supplies or services available from only one source or only one supplier with unique capabilities. The magnitude of this firm fixed-price purchase order is $3008.84 which is the pro-rata share the NPS owes for the services. This is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. All interested sources that are able to provide this requirement must respond in writing with clear and convincing evidence to support their ability to provide timely and effective services within three (3) days of this publication. Responses must include company name, address, POC name, telephone number, fax number, county, CAGE Code, DUNS number, NAICS code, applicable business size, and Tax ID number. If no responses are received by December 2nd, 2013; DOI/NPS/Mount Rainier National Park will proceed with the sole source award as prescribed above.
