Z--Sole Source Procurement of Consumables on D-30 122mm "Howitzer" Systems under Contract W91CRB-09-C-0097 Modification.

The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (Soldier, Chemical, Research & Test) intends to award a sole source single procurement modification to General Dynamics - Ordnance and Tactical Systems, 11399 16th Court North, Suite 200, Saint Petersburg, Florida 33716 in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c ) (1) and FAR 6.302-1 (a) ( 2) (iii) (A) & (B). This procurement modification will be for a variety of consumables in support of D-30 overhaul mentorship services for the Afghanistan National Army. The contract period of performance on the contract W91CRB-09-C-0097 will be extended to cover delivery schedules.
