Apache Computer Resources Technical Support

The United States Army Contracting Command- New Jersey- Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000, on behalf of the Fire Control Systems & Technology Directorate under Weapons & Software Engineering Center (WSEC), DEVCOM Armaments Center (AC) has awarded a new sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract for Longbow Apache Software Support. This requirement is to provide technical support on the aircraft software integration, software test analysis and requirement verification during software test demonstrations in support of the AH-64E Apache programs. The period of performance for this effort is 12 months with three (3) 12-month options. This contract was awarded to Decilog, Inc., 555 Broadhollow Road, Melville, NY 11747 on November 22, 2021 in the amount of $2,914,189.80. The Contract Number is W15QKN-22-C-0007 and the original Solicitation Number is W15QKN-21-R-0136. The Justification and Approval (attached) addresses unacceptable delays to the Government that are not expected to be recovered through competition. Authority for this procurement comes under 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2)(iii), only one responsible source and no other supplies or service will satisfy agency requirements.
