This workforce manages and performas research surrounding distributed technologies and their instructional strategies for all Naval Aviation Enterprise platforms. An understanding of the Naval Aviation domain, platforms, mission sets, systems and the coordinated operations will enhance the NAWCTSD workforce's performance as theyr relate tot he Distributed Training environment. The training established and delivered under this effort will provide the workforce involved in research instructional system design, to test and evaluat capabilities-based requirements and test procedures. It will further provide reference material and training to facilitate an understanding of the tactics and weapons systems involved across platforms to demonstrate critical domain knowledged that is applied to training system design and analysis.
