VAPORHCS Technical Services SATOC

The objective of this contract is to provide architectural and engineering (A-E) services in support of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) Health Care System, Portland, Oregon. Services will include all architectural and engineering work necessary to provide seismic upgrades and renovation of the main hospital buildings, construction of new specialty care building, construction of a new parking garage, upgrades to the utility/energy plant, and demolition of a number of buildings. This may include planning, the development and evaluation of alternatives, design, and support during construction of medical facilities.
