ZIMMERMAN, MN – NEW CONSTRUCTION LEASE PROJECT. The USPS has available site and building plans for a new leased building of 5,075 net interior square feet on a USPS controlled site of approximately 66,672 gross square feet in Zimmerman, MN. Offerors will be required to acquire the site, execute a Lease with Construction Rider with the Postal Service for proposed building and property, and construct the specified building. Any award made under this solicitation will be made to the responsible offeror who provides the best overall offer to the Postal Service. This is NOT a sealed bid advertisement and proposals will NOT be publicly opened. Proposal packages will be available on or about 08/08/08, for a non refundable fee of $75.00 from A&D Reprographics, Inc. USPS drawings & specifications are a part of the Proposal Package and are in the form of a disk (CD). If you would like the drawings & specifications printed and mailed to you as part of your individual proposal package, you will need to contract with A&D Reprographics separately to print and mail the drawings & specifications to you.
