Asbestos Abatement project for Building 130, Base Operations, at 130th Airlift Wing (AMC), McLaughlin ANGB, Charleston, West Virginia. This action was not awarded competitvely due to it being an Unusual and compelliing urgency per FAR Part 6.302-2. It was awarded as a fixed-price action to provide asbestos abatement for the Tactics and Intel offices in the building, critical to the continued functions of the 130th Operations Group and the 130th Airlfit Wing.
