This action was awarded as an 8(a) Sole Source Set-Aside under the authority of section 8(a) of the Small Business Act. This is a non-personal services contract to provide Environmental Services in support of analyzing potential environmental impacts associated with restoring military readiness achieving lowlevel training requirements by utilizing Military Training Route (MTR) Instrument Routes (IR) 320, 500 and 501 which have been under control of Dyess Air Force Base (AFB) and previously used for the following aircraft: MC-130, C-130J, CV-22, F-16, B-1 and B-21.
