NRTL Field Evaluation Services PNS

FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY Eurofins Electrical, Baltimore, MD (N3904024D0008); TUV Rheinland of North America, Boxborough, MA (N3904024D0009), Nemko USA, Carlsbad, CA (N3904024D0010) are being awarded a combined cumulative $343,703.25 price ceiling firm fixed price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple award contract to provide Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) field evaluation services to Portsmouth Naval shipyard (PNS). PNS Safety and Health Office requires the owning organization to obtain NRTL field evaluation services to verify that the installed Industrial Plant Equipment (IPE) and its component parts are in compliance with Occupational Safety Health Administration (OSHA) regulations concerning electrical and machine guarding safety. Work will be performed in Kittery, ME and is expected to be completed by September 2027. No fiscal 2024 operations and maintenance (O&M, N Navy) funding will be obligated at this time. The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, ME is the contracting activity. Funding (Obligated): Operations and Maintenance funds will be obligated upon award of each task order.
