Inspection, Testing, and Repairs of Aboveground and Underground Storage Tanks, NSA, Crane, Indiana

Two proposals were received for the subject solicitation on 01 December 2021. Proposals were evaluated in accordance with the solicitation documents. Award was made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable proposal. The base period performance period is 10 January 2022 to 31 December 2022. The contract contains provisions for a 12-month base period plus four 12-month options periods. The contract base recurring services was awarded for $147,942. This is an Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with recurring and nonrecurring work requirements. The contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, materials, equipment, transportation, facilities, utilities, supervision and management; unless otherwise specified; required for all recurring and non-recurring work for Aboveground and Underground Storage Tank Inspection, Testing Services will include, but are not limited to, Steel Tank Institute (STI) annual inspections, tank leak tightness testing, cathodic protection testing, leak detection system calibration/testing, storage tank equipment and fuel servicing equipment installation/repair, and incidental work performed at Naval Support Activity (NSA), Crane, IN and Glendora Lake Test Facility (located approximately 45 miles northwest of NSA Crane in Sullivan County, IN).
