This requirement is sole source to Simmonds Precision Products, Inc. (Cage Code 89305). The Government does not own technical data. This for a firm, fixed price, 5 year requirements type (Basic Contract Period Plus 4 Ordering Periods) repair contract for the Digital Fuel Quantity Indicator and Digital Fuel Quantity Totalizer applicable to the C-130 Aircraft. Authority for requirements is 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
