C-5 Visor Door Actuator

This requirement is sole source to Thomas Instrument, Inc. (Cage Code 5H860). This for a firm, fixed price, 5 year requirements type (Basic Contract Period Plus 4 Ordering Periods) contract for overhaul of the Visor Door Actuator applicable to the C-5 Aircraft. Authority for requirements is 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
