RECOVERY: The purpose of this task order is to obligate $115,000.00 for RECOVERY - Targeted Brownfields Assessments: Tulare Downtown Redevelopment Project, Tulare, CA. The period of performance for this work is from 15 September 2009 to 30 April 2010. This work is to perform Phase I and Phase II environmental assessment and other tasks as assigned. This work will be performed at a 2.18 acre site in the City of Tulare, CA at the Southeast Corner of I and Kern Avenue and the Southwest Corner of J and Kern Avenue.
