CJAG Demolition Project

This was an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the hazardous material abatement and demolition of multiple facilities. The Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation, supervision, inspections and testing in strict accordance with the Statement of Work, Requirements, and Specifications described within the SOW necessary to ensure that the specified hazardous abatement and demolition of Building U-0014 Cold Storage with alternate Options including Buildings A0009 Storage, A0001 Com Center, A001A Com Building, A0004 Water/Supply/Treatment, A004A Storage, 0218 Storage, SD003 Sewer WWTP, and 01026 Communication Center shall include but is not limited to properly removing and disposing of all hazardous materials, structures, trash, rubbish, waste, basement walls, foundations, footers, and all exterior parking areas, sidewalks, and underground utilities.
