P--CONSOLIDATE BUILDING C-23 TO BUILDING C-9, AND DEMOLISH BUILDINGS C-23, C-36 and C-37, NAVAL WEAPONS STATION EARLE, COLTS NECK, NJ

Provide all labor, equipment and material to renovate Building C-9 for relocating the occupants of Building C-23 to C-9 prior to the demolition of Building C-23, and provide for the demolition of two additional buildings, Building C-36 and C-37 at the Naval Weapons Station Earle, Colts Neck, NJ. The work for Building C-9 includes, but is not limited to perform selective demolition; construct new interior partition walls; reconfigure lighting and electrical; paint walls and ceilings; install new flooring; and provide furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF and E) including interior design services for FF and E installation. The demolition work for Buildings C-23, C-36 and C-37 includes removal of hazardous materials prior to demolition, removal of utilities servicing the buildings and post demolition site restoration.
