In conclusion the COs recommendation was that this requirement be issued as a sole source direct award to a Native Hawaiian Organization owned, certified SDB 8(a). After careful analysis and review the acquisition strategy of an 8(a) sole source direct award to Galapagos Federal Systems LLC (UEI:N3GDEB78RNF8), pursuant to FAR Part 19.8 and DFARS 219.805 contracting with the Small Business Administration (8(a) Program) is the best suited acquisition strategy at this time.
